Tricia Shaw is the Founder and Director of Connelly Executive Coaching And Careers. Her own career – including CEO of a national career management organisation, Australian Head of Human Resources for an ASX top 10 financial services organisation and senior roles in channel management, strategic planning and business improvement – means Tricia brings a deep understanding of the commercial landscape and complex context in which executives operate.
